This website, koval-art.com (“Koval Art”), is the website of Olena Koval, an artist based in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. If you have any questions about this policy or your personal information, please write to koval.olena.art@gmail.com.

Contact form and email. When you send a message through the contact form or by email, we receive the information you provide: your name, email address, subject and message. We use it only to answer you.

Orders. If you buy a painting through the online shop, we collect the information needed to complete the order: your name, email, phone number, billing and shipping address, and the details of your order. This information is used to process, ship and support your order and to keep records required by law.

Payments and donations. Payments and donations are processed by third-party payment providers such as PayPal. Your card or bank details are entered on the provider’s secure page and are never stored on this website. The providers’ own privacy policies apply to the information they process.

Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting server automatically records basic technical data (such as IP address, browser type and the pages visited) for security and to keep the website working.

Cookies

This website uses only the cookies needed for it to work: for example, cookies that remember the contents of your shopping cart and keep the checkout process secure. We do not use advertising cookies.

Links to other websites

The website contains links to our pages on Facebook, TikTok and YouTube, and to PayPal. When you follow these links, you leave koval-art.com and the privacy policies of those services apply.

Messages are kept as long as needed to answer and follow up on your request. Order records are kept for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes.
